Appetizers

Stuffed with quinoa, bell peppers and spinach, Lettuce and mixed vegetables (carrot, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and cauliflower). Over almond pesto sauce

Potatoes (300 gr.) with Manchego cheese, bacon (100 gr.), BBQ sauce and ranch dressing.

Grilled vegetables with tomato and mozzarella. Served with tomato sauce, pesto and avocado oil.

Octopus (200 gr.) in a marinade of sweet red onions, jalapeño peppers and fresh cilantro.

With a jicama and avocado salad. Served with a chipotle-mayonnaise sauce.

With avocado, grilled jalapeno pepper, soy sauce and scallions.

Traditional tamal stuffed with shrimp and scallops, topped with a shrimp bisque sauce.

A blend of mushrooms (50 gr.), mini portobellos (50 gr.), leeks and Parmesan cheese.

Served with Roquefort sauce and cardamom.

Artichoke hearts au gratin with Parmesan cheese. Served with Alfredo sauce.

Salads

Mixed lettuce, grilled peaches marinated in hibiscus reduction, Serrano ham, Brie cheese, sunflower seeds. Served with a honey Dijon mustard vinaigrette.

Organic mixed lettuce, julienne of carrots, cucumbers, jicama and cabbage and your choice of dressing.

With red wine vinaigrette, olive oil, herbs, celery, marinated onions and crumbled Feta cheese.

With romaine hearts, garlic croutons and Parmesan cheese.

Organic mixed lettuce with endives, apricots, oranges supreme, caramelized walnuts, cotija cheese and jasmine honey mustard dressing.

Organic mixed lettuce with blue cheese, nuts, strawberries, avocado and blue cheese dressing.

Soup

With avocado, fried corn tortilla strips, fresh cheese, sour cream and guajillo peppers.

With caramelized onions, Manchego cheese and a puff pastry lid.

With shrimp and bacon bits.

Pasta

Octopus (100 gr), shrimp (100 gr) and scallops (100 gr) sautéed with olive oil and fine herbs, with a creamy tomato sauce, gratinated with provolone cheese.

Fettucine Alfredo, spaghetti with pesto sauce and penne arrabiata. Served with Parmesan cheese.

With pesto sauce, cream, garlic and Parmesan cheese.

Mexican Specialties

Served with grilled cactus, chorizo and panela cheese. Strips of poblano peppers with onion, refried beans and guacamole. Your choice of corn or flour tortillas.

In a green tomato sauce with red onions and cilantro. Served with rice and vegetables.

Served with Poblano “mole”, fresh cheese, red onions and sour cream.

With grilled onions, guacamole, black beans and roasted tomato sauce.

Tequila flambéed shrimp (200 gr.) with an agave citrus glaze. Served with risotto cakes and poblano peppers.

Served with a chef’s specially selected side dish.

Marinated with a chef ́s special sauce (Mulato, Pasilla and Guajillo peppers). Served with roasted potatoes and a red bell pepper aioli.

With apple cider sauce.

Grilled or blackened, dressed with caper sauce.

With butter and garlic sauce.

With a coriander crust and a bell pepper-basil sauce. Served with pumpkin purée and green beans.

With papaya sauce, pumpkin purée and steamed vegetables.
